Before purchasing a luxury skincare product, it is vitally important to choose a brand in compliance with strict industry standards and regulations for manufacturing and safety.
Our skincare manufacturing facilities are based wholly in the United States, and is compliant with all local and state laws and regulations with the Federal Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and in good standing as current members of the following professional organizations:
- Personal Care Product Council (PCPC)
- Independent Beauty Association (IBA, formerly ICMAD)
- Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC)
All manufacturing is performed in strict accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines under the Food and Drug Administration’s Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations, and cGMP compliant to ISO 22716 standards.
In addition, our products do not contain materials of bovine, ovine, or caprine origin. Our products have been manufactured according to all decisions made by the World Health Organization, EU Cosmetics Directive, all United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all necessary adjustments and controls are applied to minimize the risk. No animal testing is performed on any of our finished products.
